The ARC Contract-Closer XP is a rigid PVCu profile, with flexible weatherseal, insulated with extruded polystyrene insulation. Preferred by specifiers and ideal for all types of building work including major contracts.
Provides a thermal and acoustic solution as well as environmental benefits (zero ODP and GWP). PVCu profile manufactured using 100% recycled plastic.
Complies with the 2010 Part L Building Regulations. Prevents cold bridging, eliminating moisture, mould and staining around windows and doors.

ARC Flexi-Closer

The ARC Fire Rated Flexi-Closer is a rigid PVCu profile, insulated with graphite EPS insulation (zero ODP and GWP). One profile provides 5 standard cavity widths reducing the need for distributors holding stock in different cavity widths. Ideal for extension work and general building contractors. Simply trim insulation to the required width.

ARC Eco-Closer has 1 hour fire integrity, tested at Warrington Fire Research. Preferred by specifiers and ideal for all types of building work including major contracts.
Four in one rockfibre insulation, providing a fire, thermal and acoustic solution as well as environmental benefits (zero ODP and GWP).

ARC Frame Former

The ARC Frame Former provides the bricklayer with a bricklaying template enabling a thermally efficient fitting of windows and doors. The key advantage of using the ARC Frame Former is the time saving for the brick layer and window fitter.
Complies with the Part L 2010 Building Regulations. Using formers prevents cold bridging around the reveals, eliminating moisture, mould and staining around windows and doors.

Fitting Instructions
- When brickwork is at sill level place former into the cavity and brace former squarely
- Brick up jambs, using ties at 300mm centres
- Continue around head detail and remove timber bracing, fit window
ARC Insulated DPC
The ARC Insulated DPC is a polyethylene insulated DPC which has been developed to close masonry cavities for thermal applications. The primary reason for fitting the ARC Insulated DPC is to close off cavities around windows and doors preventing cold bridging. Can easily be installed as the brick and block work progresses where a traditional return block is used.
- Closes off cavities when a block return is used
- Easy to install
- Exceeds the minimum requirement for Part L 2010 provided the window is set back 30mm from the inner face of the outer brickwork and thermally efficient materials are used in the construction
- Prevents cold bridging
- Manufactured to NHBC standards
- Also avaiable with a high performance DPC on request

The primary reason for fitting the ARC High Performance DPC is to close off cavities around windows and doors preventing cold bridging. Can easily be installed as the brick and block work progresses where a traditional block return is used.

Can easily be installed as the brick and block work progresses where a traditional block return is used. Also available with a polyethylene insulation.

ARC Peri-Break

The ARC Peri-Break prevents cold bridging around the perimeter of buildings at DPM level.

Technical Data
The ARC Peri-Break is manufactured using Rockwool mineral wool (thermal conductivity 0.037). The Peri-Break is non-combustible to BS476: Part 4 1970 (1984) Class 1. Surface spread of flame to BS 476 Part 7 1987; and Class O to the Building Regulations.

Fitting Instructions
ARC Peri-Break is simply naied to the perimeter block at DPM level.
